For the couple that has carefully planned, designed and worked tirelessly towards their wedding day, there can be no better gift to yourself than Day-Of Coordination! Our team will work with you for 2 months leading up to your wedding day to create your day-of timeline, decor set-up plan and venue layout, while also communicating with your vendors and tying up any loose ends.
On your wedding weekend, we will bring your decor vision to life with full set-up, keep things organized and ensure that all of your loved ones are comfortable and enjoying themselves. Our team will also be by your side from ceremony rehearsal to first dance, to keep the stress to a minimum and the joy at the forefront!

From the start of our planning together, we'll help you to find the best vendors that suit your budget and style, negotiate better pricing on your behalf, tackle checklists, timeline & floor plans, create décor inspiration boards and ensure that no detail is missed. On your wedding weekend, our team will be there to make sure that everything is running smoothly and as planned by performing all the services included in Day-Of Coordination.

If you're looking for the ultimate partnership to guide and support you from start to finish, Complete Planning is the ideal service for you! Together we'll determine how you want your wedding to look and feel, conceptualize a theme, create and manage a wedding budget, organize timelines and checklists and determine the best vendors to bring your vision to life. We'll also support you with the creation of a custom wedding website to share important information with your guests and track RSVP details.
On your wedding weekend, our team will be there to perform all services included in Day-Of Coordination, including supervising vendor arrivals & set-up and coordination of your events. We'll also be there for you after your wedding to take-down and repackage your décor items for pick up, so that you can enjoy your first married moments to the fullest.
